HOW THE WOOCOMERCE - SOFTONE INTERFERENCE WORKS
Every time there is a move in your Online Store , such as the sale of a product, a NEW order is created automatically and in real time on softone. New orders placed by registered customers or visitors to the e-shop are automatically stored in Softone and are accompanied by shipping and payment details.
Conversely, when a product is sold in the physical store , through the ERP from your physical store, the availability of the product in your online store is immediately informed.
All WooCommerce inventories automatically sync with product inventories in your ERP.
Creating new customers
When you register a new customer, or order on WooCommerce, a corresponding customer will be automatically created in your ERP, through the interface.
All ERP products synchronize in real time with WooCommerce products, updating all information, creating variations, etc.
Upon completion and payment of an order, your ERP is automatically created and updated along with shipping and payment details.
